Important Return Policy Notice

NO RETURNS for systems or parts that have been installed or used.

Returns are not guaranteed and approval is at the discretion of Simple Pump Company, LLC. Strict conditions must be met to qualify for potential return consideration.

2-Month Return Window

Returns may be considered within 2 months of ship date if strict conditions are met.

  • • No installation attempted
  • • Approval by Simple Pump Company, LLC required
  • • Inspection required upon return

Items showing any signs of use will not be refunded.
