SOME QUESTIONS…

• CAN I PUT A HAND PUMP ON MY WELL?
Probably.  The Simple Pump will fit in almost all wells, alongside your submersible or jet pump pipe.

• CAN IT PUMP INTO MY PRESSURE TANK?
The Simple Pump can pump into your home’s pressure tank from most wells… and give you full use of ALL your household plumbing… year round, even in Alaska or 11,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies.

• HOW MUCH WORK IS IT TO PUMP WATER WITH A HAND PUMP?
There is a very wide range of pumping effort, depending on the type of hand pump. You may have used a hand pump in a campground… and needed a lot of effort when the water was only a few tens of feet down. The Simple Pump requires dramatically less pumping effort compared to others… and it is so easy to pump with that a child can use it in many wells.
Some of our clients have replaced working pumps of other kinds because the Simple Pump is SO MUCH EASIER TO PUMP WITH.  Read one client’s story…

• HOW DEEP CAN THE HAND PUMP WORK?
Most hand pumps work only to a few tens of feet down. A few work further.
The Simple Pump’s limit is 325’ static water level… much further down than any other hand pump.

• WHAT IS THE COST LIKE COMPARED TO OTHERS?
There are cheap pumps, but they are made of cheap materials that will not not last. And there are serious pumps… substantially built pumps designed to last. We would say the Simple Pump is the best made hand pump — made by computer-controlled machining from aerospace grade, lead-free stainless steel — and yet it costs the least among “serious” pumps.
